A Legacy Built on Real Work. A Future Built on Better Systems.

Since 1991, Stucker Construction has been shaped by experience — the kind you earn in the field, through seasons of momentum, challenges, rebuilding, and growth. Today we build with clarity, consistency, and respect for the people who make the work possible.

Legacy Starts Here

Stucker Construction began on October 22, 1991, when Larry Stucker set out to build a company with grit, practical skill, and the kind of determination you only learn through hard work. His approach was simple: show up, figure it out, build it right, finish the job. That foundation still stands. It’s part of every job we take on. As the next generation of leadership steps forward, we’re honoring what Larry built — while strengthening the systems, communication, and consistency needed for the projects of today and tomorrow. This company has history. Now it has direction with purpose.

Meet Our Founder: Larry Stucker

Stucker Construction was founded by Larry Stucker in 1991 — a builder known for grit, creativity, and the ability to figure things out no matter the challenge. Larry’s work ethic, determination, and willingness to push boundaries shaped the early identity of this company and still influence how we operate today.

Larry’s legacy lives on in the projects we build, the relationships we maintain, and the culture of getting things done the right way.

Our Story

Over the last three decades, Stucker Construction has evolved through the same cycles the construction industry itself has: growth, contraction, reinvention, and renewal. We’ve built houses, moved houses, developed communities, delivered multifamily projects, and rebuilt the company when the market demanded it.

These experiences — both the wins and the challenges — shaped our approach:

  • clarity over confusion
  • steady pacing over chaos
  • communication over assumption
  • accountability over ego
  • respect for trades and partners
  • long-term relationships over one-off transactions

Today Stucker Construction is focused, intentional, and built on what we’ve learned — ready for the scale, collaboration, and complexity of modern residential development.

We’re not defined by the past.
We’re informed by it — and better because of it.

Meet The Team

KEVIN STUCKER

Owner & Builder

I’ve spent my life in this industry, learning it from the field forward — working with crews, building relationships, solving problems, and experiencing the full weight of what construction can teach you. I’ve seen momentum, setbacks, rebuilds, and seasons that shaped how I lead today: with clearer expectations, steady communication, and a real respect for the people doing the work.

I’m not interested in pretending we’ve always gotten everything right. I’m interested in making sure we get it right now — through better systems, better transparency, and a commitment to doing the work with care. When we take on a project, we show up, communicate, and finish strong. That’s the standard we carry forward.

Jordan Miller

Director of Construction Strategy & Development

Jordan leads the strategy and structure behind every project long before we break ground. He oversees permitting, entitlements, utility coordination, municipal engagement, budgeting, and value engineering — making sure each development is planned cleanly and realistically. He builds the systems, schedules, and handoff processes that keep our work predictable, scalable, and aligned with company goals. Whether he’s coordinating with designers, city officials, vendors, or our field leadership, Jordan brings clarity, foresight, and calm direction to complex projects.

Chris Arrington

Vice President of Production & Field Operations

Chris leads all field operations at Stucker Construction, keeping projects moving with steady pacing, clear coordination, and a strong commitment to quality. With a dependable, no-nonsense approach, Chris keeps crews coordinated, sites organized, and production on track from the first phase to final closeout. His leadership is a core part of how we deliver consistent, predictable results in the field.

What Drives Us

Construction is ultimately about people — trades, partners, homeowners, investors, and communities. Projects succeed when everyone involved has clarity, accountability, and respect.

We build with structure and communication that reduce chaos, prevent rework, and keep momentum steady from the first day on site to the final walk-through.

Better systems.

Better pacing.

Better outcomes.

That’s what drives us.

How We Work

Clarity First

We define scopes, set realistic timelines, and establish communication paths upfront. When expectations are clear, everything else runs smoother.

Consistency in the Field

Repeating reliable processes, pairing the right trades with the right phases, and maintaining steady pacing keeps projects predictable.

Accountability and Communication

We don’t disappear. We stay connected, solve problems early, and make decisions with the full project in mind.

Finish Strong

Clean punch lists, accurate documentation, lender-ready packages

What We Stand For

These values aren’t marketing words. They’re the way we operate.

Accountability

We own the outcome — good or bad — and fix what needs fixing.

Clarity

Confusion slows jobs down. Clear expectations speed them up.

Respect

Trades, partners, and clients deserve honesty, consistency, and fairness.

Craftsmanship

If it’s worth building, it’s worth building well.

Communication

Silence causes most construction problems. We stay in the conversation.

Progress

We’re always improving — systems, processes, and outcomes.
